We are seeking an Associate Advocate with 1-3 years of litigation experience in civil, criminal, and High Court writ matters in Jaipur.

Responsibilities

  • Drafting plaints, written statements, bail applications, and writ petitions.
  • Assisting senior counsel during hearings before District Courts and the High Court.
  • Conducting case law research and preparing case briefs.
  • Managing court filings, listing updates, and client communications.

Requirements

  • LL.B. degree with active Bar Council of Rajasthan enrollment.
  • 1-3 years of courtroom practice in Jaipur courts.
  • Strong legal drafting and research skills in Hindi and English.
  • Diligence and professional commitment to client advocacy.

Internship · Mansarovar, Jaipur

Legal Intern

Chamber internship for 4th and 5th year law students seeking practical courtroom experience in civil litigation, criminal defense, and tribunal practice in Jaipur.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in legal research on statutory provisions and High Court precedents.
  • Accompanying advocates to courtroom proceedings in District Courts and High Court.
  • Summarizing case files, trial evidence, and witness depositions.
  • Drafting basic notices and procedural applications under advocate supervision.

Requirements

  • Pursuing 3rd, 4th, or 5th year of 5-Year Law or 2nd/3rd year of 3-Year Law program.
  • Basic understanding of CPC, CrPC/BNSS, and Indian Evidence Act.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and written communication.
